The event provided an academic and practice-oriented platform to examine key risks to food security\u2014such as overlapping crises, supply chain vulnerabilities, climate-related pressures, and economic constraints\u2014while also discussing solutions and good practices promoted at the European Union level.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Through this roundtable, the EUJUSEF project strengthened the understanding of food security as an essential component of human security, highlighting the connections between public policies, European standards, resilience, and consumer protection.
